The mission of Chances for Children (CFC) is to strengthen relationships between at-risk parents and their children, from birth to age five. We want to provide coping skills for parents and to prevent destructive interactions from interfering with the healthy development of both parent and child.

Position: Receptionist

RMHA, a community behavioral health provider is looking for a professional, reliable person with strong communication skills to perform the duties of a full time receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess customer service experience in a medical practice environment. The candidate must be bilingual , English/Spanish, be comfortable conducting several duties in a fully computerized office which include collecting co-payments and balances, verifying insurance, entering vital insurance information in web-based insurance portals as well as tracking authorizations. The candidate will have an excellent disposition to work with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health providers and be willing to learn new skills as the practice continues to grow. This position requires flexible availability since the work entails evening coverage when the evening receptionist is unavailable or as the practice requires it; a total of 35 hours per week. Monday: 12pm-8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30-4:30pm. Salary and Benefits Package information available at interview.
